The concept of "trading floors" took some time to develop in all three of my books. I referenced them in general in I Came to Give. However, both My Ways and Cultivate and Keep have chapters that explain in more detail the biblical foundation for the concept of trading floors and how they are the key to protecting the value of everything traded by human beings.
